Parent Carer Series 2 - Education
In this series we are focusing on themes and topics related to Education. Developed in collaboration with colleagues from across Together for Families, Community Sector and our Education Team, this new series of 21 sessions covers a wide range of important topics including:
- Admissions
- PSHE (Personal, Social, Health and Economic education)
- Emotionally Based School Avoidance
- Safeguarding
- SEND
- And much more!
Each session is designed to:
- Provide valuable resources, strategies, and guidance from local experts.
- Boost your knowledge and confidence in managing your child’s education.
We are committed to supporting parents and carers throughout the journey of raising a child. Our sessions aim to empower parents and carers with the tools and information they need to navigate the complexities of the education system and enhance their child’s wellbeing and success.
Launching on Monday 1st July 2024, the whole series will be delivered using our Together for Families Facebook page for a period of five weeks in the lead up to summer.
