Children's Mental Health Week 2025
'Know Yourself, Grow Yourself'.
The aim is to encourage C&YP to embrace self-awareness and explore what it means to them. This will help them grow and develop resilience to cope with what life throws at them.

- Parents, Let's Talk about Feelings
Everyone has feelings. Feelings are simply feelings, there are no 'right' or 'wrong' / 'good' or 'bad' feelings...
Whe we can recognise and name our feeling, it can help us understand what's happening and find ways to cope with uncomfortable feelings...
"It’s normal to feel worried sometimes. You’re not alone. Talking about your worries with someone you trust can help them feel smaller. Remember we can talk about anything even if feels awful or small.
Joy can be found in small, everyday moments. Whether it's your favourite song, a warm cup of tea, or playing outside—look for little sparks of happiness!
